How we operate
At 3D fitness we run a small and very discreet, personal training service. We only ever have one trainer and one client in the gym at any one time.
Our aim is to get to know you as a person so that we can help you to achieve your goals. Our personal training programs are individually designed and based upon your goals and ambitions.
Workouts target aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility through a variety of exercises and training methods.
