Below are some of my philosophies about exercise & health

 

  • Life is short and we only have one chance. So let’s enjoy it.

  • Being fit & healthy can help you to get more out of life.

  • Anyone can be fitter than they are.

  • Age is no barrier to improving your fitness

  • A healthy person has Stamina, Suppleness, strength and shape; we can help you to improve on all of these.

  • We will work with anyone who is committed to helping themselves, but we can’t do it for you.

  • Being healthy is not just about being slim.

  • You can be overweight and fit; you can be slim and unhealthy

  • Regular activity should be a part of your life… everyday. Not just when you come to the gym.
