Exercises for Poor Posture

Poor posture is an ever present problem and will only get worse as we spend more of our time looking at computer screens, driving to work or just slouched in front of the telly.
I’ve received a few questions recently from people wanting some simple exercise to help them improve their posture so I’ve recorded this simple video.

Consistency is the key to success so rather than do them once a week and do lots of reps, just try to perform these exercises regularly. Every other day should be fine and if you can manage 1 set of 10 reps for each exercise that would be great.
