Simon has been my personal trainer now for 7 years. I continue to see him because he has been able to help me improve my fitness, health & shape when, as one gets older you might expect these to decline.
We have worked very hard together on my fitness, but with his knowledge; experience & understanding of me as a person, Simon has always been able to adjust my programme accordingly, helping me to continue training through some stressful times. He seems to have an ability to recognise that occasionally it’s better to have a cappuccino than a workout.
He is always focussed on my wellbeing rather than fitness targets. This is what I call true “personal” training.
It goes without saying that he is reliable, discreet & good fun and I would be happy to recommend him to anyone
